Ingredients for the pie dough:
	- Flour: 1.5 cups

	- Cold butter: 10 tbsp

	- Ice-cold water: 5-6 tbsp

	- Salt: a pinch

Ingredients for the filling:
	- Finely chopped walnuts: 170g

	- Orange zest: 1tsp

	- Cinnamon powder: 1/2tsp

	- Ground cloves: 1/4tsp

	- Honey / Maple syrup: 170g

	- Flour: 1/2 cup

	- Mix all the pie dough ingredients together. Let it chill in the fridge till the filling is ready.

	- Add zest, cinnamon and clove to the chopped walnuts and mix it.

	- Boil honey for 3-4 minutes. If you don’t like honey, you can also use maple syrup.

	- Add walnuts and cook for 5 minutes on low heat till the honey isn’t liquid anymore. Take it off the heat and mix till it cools a bit.

	- Spread flour on a parchment paper, make three long cylinders on it, and roll it till it solidifies.

	- Roll out the pie dough, place the walnut log, and roll it in tightly to make sure it’s securely sealed.

	- Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Once done, let it cool. Then, slice and serve.
