Here’s a quick mutton kebab recipe to spice up your weekend

Try this mutton kebab recipe that needs a 10 minute preparation time and 20 minutes cooking time.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton keema: 300gm
  • Onion, ginger and garlic paste: 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Green chilli paste: 2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli flakes: ½ teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Maida: 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee

Recipe:

  • Put all the ingredients except maida and ghee in a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes
  • Add maida and make medium-sized kebabs
  • Brush ghee on a nonstick pan and ghee
  • Place the kebabs, brush some ghee from top and put some on the pan too
  • Cover and cook each side until they turn light golden brown

Tip:

  • The kebabs will shrink in size while cooking, so don’t make them too small
