Try this easy ‘boti kebab’ recipe by One pot kitchen

You can swap the chicken for mutton too!

Charred kebabs and flakey parathas taste heavenly on a cold winter evening. Here’s an easy recipe from Instagram food creator One pot kitchen: 

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken thigh strips or cubes: 1 kilogram
  2. Rw cashews: 10-12 
  3. Green chilies: 2 
  4. Peeled garlic cloves: 3
  5. Ginger: 1 tiny piece
  6. Clarified ghee: 1 tablespoon
  7. Fresh cream: 3 tablespoon
  8. Fried onion (packaged or homemade): 1/2 cup 
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chili powder: 1 table poon
  11. Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder: ½ teaspoon
  13. Cumin powder: ½ teaspoon
  14. Coriander powder:  ½ teaspoon

Method:

  1. Make a smooth paste of the ingredients for marination
  2. Apply it generously on the chicken pieces
  3. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
  4. Grill it and you kebabs are ready!
