Mythical Kitchen never ceases to amaze us. The YouTube channel, famed for its chaotic but fun, beginner-friendly recipes, recently made three kinds of spaghetti from different countries. Chefs Josh Scherer, Trevor Evarts and Vianai Austin made Peruvian Tallarines a la Huancaina, Japanese Naporitan and Mexican Espagueti Verde.
The dishes can be easily recreated at home with basic equipment and don’t need too much prep time. The Tallarines a la Huancaina is meatless spaghetti and possibly the heartiest pasta variant. However, if you’re hosting friends this weekend, go for the Naporitan which is a Yoshoku pasta dish with a tomato ketchup-based sauce and is also really pairable.
