Are you a person who loves everything makha? From aam makha to bel makha, a warm, sunny winter afternoon calls for some tangy indulgence. Usha Bishoyee makes a mouth-watering pora peyara makha (charred guava chaat). This chaat is simple and easy to make. All you need is a firm, big green guava and a few spices. The charred guava adds a smoky flavour to the tangy chaat. If you are craving an afternoon snack, this can be easily made at home. Usha once again gives out the recipe in her fun tone, playing with words. Check out the reel for the recipe.
