To make this delicious dessert, you need sponge cake, milk, cream, rabdi, cardamom, rose syrup and whipped cream. And of course, some dry fruits, rose petals and fresh strawberries for the garnish. To add a festive touch, try using glasses!
Cut the sponge cake as per the size of your glasses. Mix milk, fresh cream, cardamom powder and rabdi. Give it a whisk and pour it over the cake base. Whip rose syrup and whipping cream till you get a smooth texture. Add this layer over the rabdi. You can repeat the layers two or more times. Garnish with crushed pistachios, dried rose petals and strawberries. Voila! Your Rabdi Tres Leches Verrine is ready.
