Take a shaker of a bottle and pour the coconut water, gin and ginger ale. Add crushed ice and shake very well
Take a tall glass and soak the corners of the glass with lemon juice. Dab on the salt and red chilli powder mix
Add coconut malai if you have managed some
Pour the drink in the glass. Careful, don’t smudge the corners!
Add a small pinch of green chilli flakes and give a quick stir and say cheers!
Chicken and Cheese Pockets:
Ingredients-
Chicken breasts: 500gm
Onion paste: 3 tablespoons
Ginger and garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder: 1 tablespoon
Salt: To taste
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Cheese slices: 7-8 pieces
Olive oil: 3-4 tablespoons
Recipe-
Marinate the chicken for minimum 15-20 minutes
Make half-way through incisions and add the marination
Place the cheese slices
Heat a nonstick pan with olive oil
Place the chicken breasts, keep the heat low and cook until both sides are golden brown. Serve piping hot with a dash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of black pepper powder
