The latest episode of the Midnight Cafe series on the Instagram channel Feashts is something you shouldn’t miss. Sahini Banerjee, the founder of the channel, has made Clear Wonton Soup and Laminated Wontons for her husband, Sunny, the other indispensable part of the channel. The aesthetically shot video that has a homely feeling makes you instinctively note down the recipe, bookmark the reel, and add the missing ingredients to the cart.
Whether you make it at the stroke of midnight to satiate a craving or at any point of time during the day, the wanton soup looks delicious, and the laminated wantons look so artsy that when made, they have to be ’grammed then and there. The filling that Sahini has used for the wantons is chicken and prawn, but you can use any filling of your choice. Since it has been bursts of rain-and-sun for the past few days, what’s better than a bowl full of comfort food?
