Taal Baishakhi brings live music nights to Park Street ahead of Poila Baisakh
From Cactus to Aste Ladies, a line-up of established artistes will jam with emerging voices

A series of live
music evenings is set to build up to Poila Baisakh at Tavern Behind Trincas
with Taal Baishakhi. This multi-day line-up brings together established
musicians and newer voices on one stage.
Running in the
evenings from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, the format is built around Tavern-er Taal, the
venue’s in-house band, which anchors each session while collaborating live with
guest artists. The focus is on unscripted, jam-style performances rather than
structured sets.
The line-up includes
Lakkhichhara’s Gaboo introducing Sagnik on April 7, Cizzy bringing in Aste
Ladies on April 9, and Cactus presenting Backdoor Caravan on April 10. Each
evening is designed as a crossover between generations, where established names
spotlight emerging acts.
