Jennifer Garner’s Instagram feed has given us some of the most wholesome content. But can her breakfast smoothie really help us stick to a good breakfast? The actor who has been working with celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque shared the recipe for her Be Well breakfast smoothie which features a ‘Fab Four formula’, which is essentially a a balance of protein, fat, fibre and greens. Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
2 scoops Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel
1 tablespoon Flaxseed, ground
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 1/2 cups Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Baby spinach
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tablespoon Almond butter
Method:
Just blend and serve!
Oh, and don’t forget to top it with some crushed blueberries!
