What’s a better way to celebrate winters than with a warm bowl of noodles? Especially when it is a holiday, you are relaxing at home, craving Korean food and want to make what can be best defined as soul food — Janchi Guksu or banquet noodles rank among the top three choices, any day!

Chef Kim Jiyeol, who is originally from Korea and now based in New Delhi, shared the perfect recipe on his Instagram profile, which also is one of his personal favourites. Apart from sharing a detailed video, he has also written the steps in the caption to follow.
