Make these Spicy Laccha Onions to go with your meal

Want to add that tangy spiciness to your meals? Then make these spicy laccha onions inspired by celebrity chef Kunal Kapur. Pick out the best onions from your pantry and cut them in circles. Soak them in water, strain and dry them on a large platter. Add salt, black salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala, slit green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mustard oil. Blend all the dry ingredients into the onion rings with your hands and your lababdaar spicy laccha onions are ready!
