Easy peasy Chia Pudding with strawberry topping

Relish the delish strawberries till they last

An easy to make chia recipe that can be batch cooked and stored for 3-4 days.

Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds: 6-7 heaped tablespoons
  • Full fat milk: 400ml
  • Organic jaggery: 2 tablespoons
  • Raisins: 1 tablespoon
  • Finely sliced strawberries: 8-9 strawberries

Recipe:

  • Boil the milk and bring it to room temperature
  • Add the chia seeds, jaggery and raisins and mix well
  • Cover and keep outside for 30-40 minutes if it is not a warm day. If it is, cover and refrigerate
  • Keep the pudding untouched overnight
  • Take out from the refrigerator, add chia pudding in bowls and garnish with strawberries

Tip:

  • You can also add finely chop the strawberries and mix in the pudding while serving it
