After momentary respite, the mercury seems to be climbing up again. Chef Shilarna Vaze has us covered, introducing mangoes in a novel, fun way back to our plates!

The chef dropped a reel showcasing her recipe for Coconut Mango Sannas, and this dish is a culmination of all things sweet and sinful.

Sannas is a Goan fermented steamed rice cake that is sweeter and fluffier than idli. For this recipe, Vaze creates an easier, sweeter version of the dish inspired by Thai desserts, imbibing their coconut sauce and mango combination.

So ditch the summer blues by bringing her recipe from Instagram to your own kitchen!
