Chef Chinu Vaze’s latest recipe is for all the egg lovers

Her Chilli Oil Eggs are high in protein and are super easy to make

High in protein, easy to make and the perfect meal for breakfast. Chef Chinu (Shilarna) Vaze’s recipe for Chilli Oil Eggs ticks all the boxes when it comes to healthy and easy eating. In her latest post, she writes, “Starting the day with protein helps keep blood sugar and energy stable. That means no 11am energy crashes that make you reach for another cup of tea/coffee and god forbid — biscuits!” The chef has dropped an immediate life hack for us it seems. 

The recipe starts with making chilli oil, where she pours hot oil over certain spices. She then uses the same oil to saute some veggies before dropping in the two eggs to fry. How does she wrap up the dish? With cheese and chilli oil of course. Not only does this quick meal look appealing but it also packs ‘choline (brain and nerve food), folate and B Vitamins, Iron and Vitamin E (great skin and hair)’.
