Want a pizza but also want to eat healthy? This easy to make beetroot pizza might just be the solution. For the dough, mix beet, buckwheat sprouts, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, salt and coconut oil. Spread it onto a piece of parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 240°C/475°F. Top it with tomato sauce, smoked tofu, pumpkin, fennel and cashew cheese before baking for another 15 minutes at the same temperature.
Finally, a pizza you can savour guilt-free.
