This Garlic Chutney is more versatile than you think

With roti or in gravy, this recipe can help you quick whip many dishes

Make garam roti already and have it with this Garlic Chutney. The aroma and taste of garlic, whole dry red chilli, cumin seeds, black mustard seeds along with some fresh coriander leaves — the very list of ingredients makes it too tempting to not try! 

Plus, here are a two ideas to use this chutney other than just having with roti:

  1. As roti rolls: Shred and saute leftover chicken, make an omelette, take a roti. Spread a dollop of this paste, place the omelette, add some chopped onions, put the chicken, pour some tomato ketch-up and you have a spicy roll
  2. In gravy: Make garlic chicken and use this paste as the base spice mix. Add a paste of roasted tomato, fried onions and kashmiri red chilli powder. Soon, swoon over the aroma, texture, taste and colour
