With a globally comprehensive menu, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and good music, Vertex is the right place to unwind away from the chaos of the city, with its stunning aesthetics. The new curation is a blend of classic comfort flavours as well as unique tastes from all over the world.
Additionally, Vertex has reintroduced their ‘Thematic Sunday Brunch — Best of Vertex’, starting from the November 7. This is an on-demand chef’s special menu curated keeping in mind the favourite dishes of patrons visiting the restaurant.
“We’ve spent the past year in analysing the taste and preference of our clientele, incorporated suggestions and evolved a menu to focus on premium offerings that are memorable. Five Spice Marinated Tandoori Chicken: This tandoori chicken is smoked with five spices, which gives it a beautiful aroma and makes the chicken tender as well.
