- 11am: Programme at NIS
- Noon (12pm): A dharna-cum-meeting at Hogg Street beside Kolkata Municipal Corporation headquarters, 5 SN Banerjee Road
- 1.30pm: A meeting inside Park Circus Maidan
- 1.30pm: Procession from in front of Arafat Restaurant on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road
- 3pm: Procession from Krishna Ram Bose Street and Bhupen Bose Avenue crossing opposite Titan showroom near Shyambazar Metro station gate number 1 and move along Bhupen Bose Avenue - Shyambazar five-point crossing - Bidhan Sarani - College Street and finally terminate in front of Vidyasagar statue on College Street
- 4pm: A cultural programme at Nazrul Mancha, Southern Avenue
- 6pm: Cultural programme at Mahajati Sadan auditorium, Chittaranjan Avenue
