“Due to the longstanding presence in West Bengal of Luxembourg-based companies, my country is participating in the 2023 Bengal Global Business Summit. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is also exploring possible new avenues of economic cooperation in areas that are of interest to Luxembourg and West Bengal, like health tech, clean tech and smart manufacturing, especially in the field of start-ups,” said Frantzen.

Besides the ambassador, representatives of four companies from Luxembourg will be part of the summit.

The Luxembourg delegation will have 20 members in total.

Besides attending the networking dinner invite of chief minister Mamata Banerjee, the delegation will be at the partner country session on Wednesday.
