- 12noon: Procession from Beliaghata Road via Sealdah flyover – Mahatma Gandhi Road – Raja Rammohan Roy Sarani – BB Ganguly Street
- 1pm: Meeting followed by a procession from College Street via Nirmal Chandra Street – Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road-SN Banerjee Road-Rani Rashmoni Avenue

Special trains
Eastern Railway will run special trains between Silchar in Assam and Chitpore to cater to the festive rush. The train will leave Silchar at 6am every Thursday from September 29 to November 3 and reach Chitpore at 1pm on Friday. It will leave Chitpore at 3pm every Friday from September 30 to November 4 and reach Silchar at 12.30am on Sunday.
Police clearance
Applications for police clearance certificates can be submitted at all post office Passport Seva Kendras in the country from September 28, external affairs ministry officials said.
