Kolkata Traffic Police have posted a list of programmes that might affect the city traffic on Wednesday (14.9.2022).
- 11am: A meeting in front of the main gate of College Square, College Street. After meeting, there might be a rally which may avail College Street - Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road – SN Banerjee Road and Dorina crossing and reach Rani Rashmoni Avenue, Esplanade
- 12.30pm: A street corner meeting in front of Binny’s Store on Ganesh Chandra Avenue
- 5.30pm: Meeting in front of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce, 6, Netaji Subhas Road
- 6pm: Football Match at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, Salt Lake
Special train
Special trains will run between Howrah and New Jalpaiguri. The train will leave Howrah at 11.40pm every Wednesday between October 12 and November 30. It will leave NJP at 12.35pm every Thursday.
New head for varsity
