Kolkata Traffic Police have posted a list of programmes that might affect the city traffic on Monday (1.11.2022).
- 11am: Programme at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Auckland Road, Strand Road
- 1.30pm: Rally from Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose —Moulali crossing—SN Banerjee Road—Dorina crossing—Rani Rashmoni Avenue
- 2.30pm: Football match at Kishore Bharati Stadium, EM Bypass
- 4.30pm: Programme at Science City, Parama Island
- 5pm: Rally from Jawaharlal Nehru Road — Mayo Road
Train routes
Circular Railway services will be regulated from 3pm on Thursday to 7am on Friday and from 3pm on Friday to 7am on Saturday to facilitate the immersion of Jagaddhatri idols.
"Three local trains (30312,30152 and 30314) will be short-terminated at and three (30331, 30111 and 30313) we short-originated from Kolkata (Chitpore) station. Two pairs trains (30122, 30123, 30154 and 30135) will be diverted and short-terminated at and short-originated Sealdah (North) station. One pair of trains (30711 and 30522) will be short-terminated at and short-originated from Ballygunge station," said an official bulletin.
