Calcutta High Court seeks Kuntal Ghosh’s letter
Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay of Calcutta High Court on Wednesday sought a purported letter sent by suspended Trinamul Congress youth leader Kuntal Ghosh to the special (CBI) court-I and the Hastings police station.
After reading the letter, the judge directed the police not to take any action against an Enforcement Directorate (ED) officer based on it till the matter is heard in his court on Thursday.
