Eastern Railway will introduce special trains for passengers traveling between Kolkata (Chitpore) and Patna and Howrah and Muzaffarpur. The Kolkata-Patna Special will leave Kolkata at 11.55pm on April 8 and reach Patna at 10.15am the next day. The Patna-Kolkata Special will leave Patna at 12.15pm on April 9 and reach Kolk- ata at 11.35pm the same day. The train will stop at Burdwan. Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur and Jasidih. The Howrah-Muzaffarpur Special will leave Howrah at 11pm on April 8 and reach Muzaffarpur at 11am the next day. The Muzaffarpur-Howrah Special will leave Muzaffarpur at 1pm on April 9 to reach Howrah at 1.20am the next day. The train will stop at Bandel, Burdwan, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur and Jasidih.
