6/7 Dignitaries at the education conclave organised by the Bengal National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BNCCI) in association with the Techno India Group at the 35th Industrial India Trade Fair. The theme of the conclave was “Canvas of Education in 21st Century post Covid”. The speakers included Purba Chattopadhyay, department of Home Science, Calcutta University; and Jimmy Tangree, head, 91.9 FM. The conclave concluded with a Q&A session and a vote of thanks by Debajyoti Datta, executive committee member, BNCCI

7/7 A Kolkata-based team of women medicos at Ohio Hospital, Kolkata, performed a successful heart surgery on 60-year-old Tulsi Barik on Tuesday. The patient had a 90% artery blockage. “Since the entire team, including the patient, cardiologist, and lab personnel, were women, the case was a pioneering one,” said Dr Jayati Rakhit, the doctor who headed the surgical team
