The Haridevpur case is becoming murkier by the day. Even as the police are frantically looking for the deceased’s mobile to crack the case, the father of Ayan’s girlfriend who has been arrested has alleged that deceased Ayan had an affair with his wife and had forced his daughter into having a physical relationship with him.
When the police asked him why the family didn’t approach the police and complain against Ayan’s waywardness and instead decided to sleep over the matter, the girl’s father lamented and admitted that the family had decided to do so several times but desisted from doing so owing to social reasons.
The family also alleged that Ayan had taken objectionable photos with his girlfriend’s mother and was blackmailing them. He apparently had clicked photos of the girl and was threatening to leak the same.
In order to skip the coverage of the CCTV installed in front of their house, Ayan apparently used to sneak into the house through the back door, the family alleged.
