A Chinese delegation led by Chinese consul general in Kolkata Zha Liyou met Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) president Avishek Dalmiya at Eden Gardens on Monday to ask for an agreement between CAB and the Cricket Association of Chongqing city, China.
