Columbia Asia hospital on the Broadway is now Manipal hospital. Along with the other branches across the country, it is now under the Manipal Hospitals Group and has been rebranded Manipal Hospitals.

We are confident that our doctors will be able to have a greater impact on the eastern region’s healthcare needs with this broader canvas,” said Arindam Banerjee, hospital director, Manipal Hospital Salt Lake, who was earlier in charge of Columbia Asia hospital.
On its acquisition of 100 per cent stake in Columbia Asia Hospitals, the Manipal Hospitals group becomes the country’s second largest hospital chain, with 27 hospitals in 15 cities.
