2/6 WINE BOTTLES: Glass wine bottles, given their height, make for great decorative planters. Paint, scuff or crack it to build a terrarium inside and let it stand in your kitchen or drawing room to add a leafy accent to the decor.

Heat the tip of a screwdriver and make some drainage holes at the bottom of the container, plonk in some soil and you have a new plant pot! Decorate them any way you want!
