Daring yet demure, delicate yet tough, romantic yet girlie is how Mehek Talreja describes her new collection ‘Ace of Glam’. A melange of classic silhouettes and refreshingly new hues makes up the line for the season ahead. From summer brunch looks to intimate soirees, there’s everything you need and more! Celebrity chef Sneha Singhi Upadhaya donnes three looks from the collection, for The Telegraph.

The Look

With summer knocking at the door, Sneha looks easy-breezy in this co-ord set in a muted hue. This bustier, overlap and flare pant set in luxe crepe spells comfort and blends style effortlessly. If you are a fan of monotone and fuss-free outfits this one seals the deal. Sneha’s outfit is complemented by soft curls, dewy fresh make-up and a touch of pink on her lips. “What I love about this one is the blush pink shade that complements the Indian skin tone. This is a flexible outfit that can be worn at the workplace too,” said the designer.

Wear it: This can be worn for a day-to-date look. Just throw in some accessories if you are stepping out at night.

The Look

Love peplum and jumpsuit? You will love this one then! Blending two popular trends, this peplum jumpsuit with frills running till the knee comes with a pull-up zipper at the back.

“This is ideal for people who are a bit conscious about wearing jumpsuits, because the peplum camouflages lower body area,” said Mehek.

Wear it: Can be worn any time of the day, we suggest wear it when you are catching up with your girl gang!

The Look

Well-fitted pantsuit paired with a bustier in heavy crepe. This three-piece outfit in black has intricate sequin work in gold on the blazer. The black and gold combination is classy, fool-proof and lends undeniably a chic vibe. “This piece has an abstract sequin work that sort of resembles an old-world charm,” said Mehek.

Wear it: For any night event. With the winter chills still around, this outfit will keep you covered and yet turn heads.
