Beck’s Beauty Bar by makeup artist Rebecca Rajpal is the latest entrant in the grooming segment of the city with a plush space in New Alipore. Founder and owner Rebecca Rajpal started her journey as a makeup artist in 2017 by joining the makeup artistry course at Daniel Bauer Academy, Mumbai and further travelled to Delhi and the world-renowned academy Delamar, London, to enhance her skills. She specialises in editorial, fashion, bridal and special-effects makeup.
Rebecca has worked on several big projects such as India’s Next Top Model, Lakmé Fashion Week and worked with celebrities such as Raima Sen, Riya Sen, Tridha Chowdhury, Ash King among others.

“I’ve been a part of the beauty industry as a makeup and hair artist since 2018 and I’ve travelled to different countries to further learn and expand my knowledge. I’m very passionate about bringing new treatments and innovative ideas available abroad to the City of Joy and I saw the market demand for a luxurious boutique salon, hence I’ve separate sections for beauty, hair and nails and makeup services keeping hygiene, privacy and client comfort in mind,” said Rebecca.
