Flame & Grill is hosting The World Fusion Festival with treats that are rich in flavours, aroma and spices — picking the best of dishes and recipes that are inspired from Spanish, Italian, Malaysian and Jamaican cuisines. The dishes are given a completely new twist by marrying them with our Indian spices. The festival redefines the flavours and retains the simplicity.
“We do a lot of brainstorming every time in order to create something new. Although the pandemic had given us a huge gap, we thought of (doing) this,” said Debashish Ghosh, general manager, Speciality Restaurants.
