With the rise in popularity of Korean-street-style foods, Himanshu Rohra and Atul Balraj started Hi Bao, to plate these items in an authentic way which is also affordable.

“Over the past few years, there is a demand for Asian products and cuisine, but it’s expensive. So our main focus was to bring the good quality of exotic Asian food to a QSR (quick- service restaurant),” said Himanshu. Not only is the menu an authentic one but also the ambience.

“You come here, sit at the table and you can directly order by scanning the QR code and the order is notified to the kitchen. This helps you save time and you also get special discounts, cashbacks and loyalty points which you can use later,” explained Atul.
