A neighbourhood bistro in Kankurgachi, The Rose Kitchen, has transformed, unveiling a fresh look and a new menu to delight its patrons. The once quaint establishment now boasts a chic and modern ambience, drawing inspiration from contemporary design trends while retaining its cosy charm. Rose’s doors open to sleek furnishings, vibrant accents, and inviting lighting that creates an atmosphere of warmth and cosiness.

The revamped menu reflects Rose’s commitment to quality ingredients. The new menu boasts some homely savoury brunch options, like Kesar Idli, Honey Mustard Fish, Drums of Heaven and many more to choose from. “We wanted to breathe new life into our beloved bistro, honouring its rich history while embracing modern trends. The revamped interiors now exude a cosy yet contemporary ambience. Our updated menu celebrates both classic favourites and innovative dishes, curated to tantalise the taste buds of our loyal patrons and newcomers alike,” said Subrata Das, owner of The Rose Kitchen.

The fiery Paneer Chingari Kebab is an appetiser featuring mint chutney marinated cottage cheese cubes grilled and infused with smoky flavours and aromatic spices.

A fan of South Indian cuisine? Do try the Saffron Idli where pillowy soft idlis with a subtle aroma of saffron is served with sambar, coconut chutney and masala potatoes. The new menu also consists of the Ragi Masala Dosa if you are tired of having the same old masala dosa.
