The Orient at City Centre Salt Lake serves a satiating Pan-Asian spread in a chic space. The diner is celebrating a Thai Festival till July 15, where they are serving authentic Thai cuisine. From fish cakes to flavourful curries, The Orient Thai Festival has everything for your Thai food cravings. The dishes are a burst of Asian flavours as ingredients like kaffir lime, galangal, basil leaves, and lemon grass are majorly used. “Immerse yourself in a celebration of Thai cuisine at The Orient Thai Festival. Our culinary artistry and authentic flavours harmonise to create an unforgettable dining experience,” said Chef Ghanashyam Das of The Orient. The Telegraph checked out a few dishes from the festival.
