Keeping up with its vintage vibes, Trincas is hosting a dessert pop-up called the ‘Holiday Sweet Indulgence Menu’. They’ve got all the classics from Queen’s Pudding to the decadent Devil’s Chocolate Cake. This year, they’ve added a White Forest Christmas Cake to their line-up.

Chapter 2 is reviving the cherished memories of Christmas-special Anglo-Indian cuisine. The annual food fiesta, titled Festive Feast, is all about global Christmas delicacies, both traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. You’ll find classics like Turkey Roast, Stuffed Pork Belly, Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole, and desserts like Rich Plum Cake and Apple Pie with Ice Cream.

Using special ingredients like grouper fish, vegan mock meat, and shimeji mushrooms, he’s made dishes like Saffron Soup with Water Chestnut, Vegan XO Dumpling, and Spicy Basil Chicken Dumpling.
