Café Montana in Siliguri has made new additions to its menu keeping in mind the evolving choices of its patrons. The eatery which opens at 7am, includes a wide range of breakfast options. Think fruit platters, fruit salads, cereals and muesli, croissant with butter and marmalade, muffins, different types of eggs, stuffed parathas and much more, are great options to start your day with. There are also fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, lassi, coffee and tea.

The appetizer section has some delicious items like Tandoori Bharwan Aloo, Peeli Mirch Paneer Tikka, Dahi Ke Kebab, Cafe Montana Hariyali Tikki, Mexican Fries, Tibetan Momos, Cantina Babycorn, Machhi Makhmali Kebab, Murgh Tikka Angare, Three Chilli Chicken, Mutton Galouti Kebab and more. There’s also a soup section with delightful options.

You can also go for sharing platters like Montana Mezze Platter which includes hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel with labneh and harissa dips, pitta bread and cigars; Tex Mex Platter which will have crispy tortilla chips, baked potato, salsa, sour cream, crunchy baby corn and onion rings with kidney bean salad and Fisherman's Basket which will have crunchy fried fish and prawns wafers served with kachumber tartar sauce. For your sweet tooth, they have finger-licking desserts like Chocolate and Oreo Mess, Tiramisu by Cafe Montana, Parsi Dairy Caramel Custard, Hyderabadi Shahi Tukda and Monte Carlo.Dhirendra Tiwari, head, Montana Vista says, "We had to keep a good mix of old favourites and new additions. Though our clientele is rapidly evolving, they return for that ‘classic taste’ and we are here with a new menu with different cuisines with a modern touch to classics, to serve everyone's taste."
