Tandoori Lemongrass Pomfret: You might have heard of pomfret with mustard, or even regular tandoori masala, but this one has a fragrant Thai kick by using lemongrass. The lemongrass adds a notch of freshness to the fish.

Paneer Bukhni Kebab: This is a zesty dish where cottage cheese meets colourful chopped bell peppers to create soft seekh-style kebabs that melt in the mouth. A fun vegetarian option for sure.

Parda Mutton Biryani: As the name suggests, this biryani gets its final dum in a clay pot covered with a layer or parda made using flour. The meat is tender, the rice grains are distinctly visible and aromatic. This is served with mixed salad and raita on the side.

Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani: A distant cousin of the Awadhi biryani that is usually light, the Hyderabadi biryani is a flavour-packed dish where spices, fried onions, chillies and mint create the main feel of the dish. This too is served with salad and raita on the side.
