December 23 is always special for the residents of Bow Barracks as the date marks the beginning of Christmas fun and holiday spirit. Last year, Bow Barracks Residents Welfare Association (BBRWA) organised a special dinner for the residents because of the pandemic. “This year, we haven’t done anything like that. The yearly music and dance festival is being held today and several singers, artists and dignitaries would be here to grace the occasion,” said Mark George Morris, coordinator of BBRWA
