For breakfast
Fruits or poha or omelette or idlis.
For lunch
Rotis — two or three, dal, sabzi (all kinds of vegetables; ladiesfinger, cabbage, peas, to name a few). Avoid rice.
For dinner
Rotis — two or three, dal, sabzi (all kinds of vegetables, but avoid potatoes), Diet Coke.
Note: No snacking in between. Try to drink coconut water everyday. Drink enough water (tea/coffee occasionally).
