Recruitment policy for management trainees

Accountability towards the patients is very important. We recruit through direct advertisement. Preference is usually given to those who have experience regarding IVF.

Mid-career recruitment

We are open to mid-career recruitments as long as the experience gained so far is in line with what we require. We recruit through advertisements in newspapers, employee referrals and also direct interviews.

Terms

There is a three-month probation period for fresh candidates which may be waived in case of experienced ones. Contract is renewed after a term of one year. The pay scale is on a par with the industry norms. Accommodation may be offered to suitable candidates.

Postings / transfers

We are based out of Calcutta and have no branches. So, the question of transfer does not arise.
