Recruitment policy for management trainees

Innovation and idea-generation are given top priority since we focus on employee development. We hire through direct advertisements and campus recruitments. Preference is usually given to candidates from the educational sector.

Mid-career recruitment

We are open to mid-career recruitments as long as the experience gathered so far is in line with our requirements. We hire through placement agencies, advertisements in newspapers amd employee referrals.

Terms

There is a twelve-month probation period for freshers. The statutory benefits are on a par with industry norms. Accommodation may be offered to suitable candidates.

Transfers are mostly linked with role enhancement and career growth or for matching the right person with the right job.
