Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit from top engineering colleges, usually through campus interviews. However, those with one-year experience in civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, quality, safety, finance, HR, purchase and stores may also apply.

Mid-career recruitment

There is scope for lateral entries. We also hire through advertisements, employee referrals and take the help of consultants.

Terms

Freshers undergo a training period of one year and a probation period of six months. People work till they reach the age of 60.

Postings / transfers

We encourage job rotation. Transfers offer opportunities to take up new assignments and challenges and facilitate growth. Our head office is in Mumbai and we have eight regional offices across India.

We need people for project management, execution, QA/QC, quantity survey (structural and civil), planning, safety, purchase and stores, surveyor, finance (CA / ICWA), site administration and HR .
