We recruit management trainees through campus hiring. We visit reputed institutes such as EIM, SIBM, Haldia Institute of Technology, JIS Group, and others.

Mid-career recruitment

For mid-career recruitment, we place advertisements in portals like Naukri.com, print and other media. We also recruit via consultants and referrals.

Terms

We offer permanent jobs with a probation period of six months for all positions (below AGM level). Project based jobs are on fixed term contract.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be transferred based on business needs. Our head office is in Calcutta and branches are in Guwahati, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Raipur, Jaipur, New Delhi, and Chandigarh.
