Recruitment policy for management trainees

The kind and scale of business we operate, we don’t hire management trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire from similar industries with experience ranging between five and ten years. We recruit mainly through employee referrals. We also take the help of consultants and job portals such as naukri.com.

Terms

We have a six-month probation period after which a candidate is absorbed as a permanent employee. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We rarely transfer employees as we hire people with specific geographical knowledge to handle a particular territory. Apart from our head office in New Delhi, we hire people for all the 28 locations, including Calcutta, Guwahati, Orissa, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Punjab, J&K.
