Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit through placement agencies, advertisements, employee referrals and campus visits. Preference is given to candidates from the construction industry.

Recruitment at this stage is done through placement agencies, job portals and newspaper advertisements.

Terms

There is a three-month probation for new entrants which may be waived in some cases. Accommodation may be offered to eligible candidates.

Postings / transfers

We have offices in Calcutta, Siliguri and Bhubaneswar. Employees are mostly transferred in connection with role enhancement and career growth.

Jobs on offer

There are openings in project management, ERP solutions and customer service. We are looking for an ERP trainer, ERP officer, construction (civil) engineer, senior project manager and project manager as well as people in sales and customer care.
