Mid-career recruitment

At AAAT, age is no bar. Skill and aptitude are more important parameters. So, although animation is too new a concept for recruitment through placement consultants to be effective, we do advertise in newspapers and also recruit through our own network of contacts.

Terms

An employee has to give a month?s notice if he or she wishes to leave us and vice versa. But the most important clause is the confidentiality contract.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted in Calcutta or in Mumbai.
