Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from all reputed institutes but do not visit campuses. We always maintain a flexible recruitment process to identify and appoint the best talent.

Mid-career recruitment

Usually, we recruit people who have at least three years of full-time work experience. However, sometimes people with more than five years of experience are also recruited for mid-career managerial roles.

Terms

Different arrangements and conditions are set out in the employment contract. Retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be transferred to any of the organisation’s worksites in Calcutta, Pune, Delhi and abroad.
