We recruit management trainees from reputed B-schools like ISB, Symbiosis, SP Jain, etc, and also from premier engineering colleges.

Mid-career recruitment

We use internal referrals and seek the help of recruitment consultants. We also advertise in national newspapers and job portals.

Terms

Most employees are taken on permanent rolls, but we do offer contractual employment for a few positions. The retirement age is 60.

Postings/ transfers

Most employees are posted in Pune or Bangalore, but they should be prepared for overseas assignments.
